PR visa from Canada

Hello,

We have got an approval to submit our passports to get PR visa from Canada. The issue is, I am in Canada but my wife is in Egypt. She sent me the passport with a friend and I am planning to send it to Ottawa office, is this correct? Or should we ask for changing the visa office because she is in Egypt?

Please let me know as soon as possible as we have only one week left.

You should send a CSE and / or email to IRCC and inform them of the change of Vo for your spouse. Then you can send your passport to Ottawa and your spouse's passport to visa.

When you request change of Vo, additional time will be given.

Hello, What do you mean with Vo? and how can I apply for it? I have checked today with CIC and they said it is ok to send the passport and the risk is if the passport was delayed in the transport. But they accept to send the passport from Egypt to me and will resend it to them. Do you know any case similar?
