Yes, you have around two weeks from today.
Hope you get a DM this week so you can complete the bio-request before they arrive here else it will be nightmare to get the biometrics done.
You can always do the Medical and PCC from Canada so no issues there.
My dad has already applied for PCC which they expect to get tomorrow. Will send it to IRCC when asked for. My Dad will have a challenge if they ask for PCCs from Iraq and Kuwait where he worked from 1978 to 1984 as he no contacts there. Probably will have to go to their embassies in Ottawa.

Good Moring,

My application arrived on May 8th. I got AOR on July 11th. They started processing on July 22, 2019. And last night, eCAS sponsorship status changed to "decision made". I finally link myCIC today. But from myCIC it shows:

- Review of eligibility
  • We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
I'm wondering this "eligibility" is for sponsor or principal applicant.
There is no emails and messages (from myCIC). What am I expecting next?

Thanks!

"Review of eligibility" is for principal applicant. You as a sponsor is already approved, and received DM so that part is complete.
Next steps, you are expected to receive bio metrics request, medical, PCC etc for principal applicant.

Hey BDIDIOL,

You seem to know the process pretty well. Can you tell me:
1. If the AOR is received by the sponsor or the principal applicant? Is it via email/ via post?
2. Is the SA received by the sponsor or the principal applicant? via email/ via post?
3. Is the request for additional documentation sent to the principal applicant or the sponsor? Is it via email/ post?

I am a May 17th applicant but I am worried that if they mail the AOR via post to my parents, they may not receive it.

Thanks to anyone who has more details!

If you have provided emails for correspondence then IRCC will contact through emails.
For all the communication i.e. AOR (for sponsorship application), Additional document requests for first stage and Sponsorship Approval (SA) letter during the first stage (which is sponsorship eligibility) is sent to Sponsor
For 2nd stage (which is PA processing) will be sent to email provided on PA forms and if no email provided then to PA mailing address.

Thanks a lot, snganu!
I'm checking this post everyday, which makes me anxious and peaceful. I should be more patient anyway.
All the best!

Anyone before May 6 who does not even have In Process status?
I'm May 3rd and still stuck at Application received for both sponsor and PA. I know PA application won't move until Sponsor is approved. So sometimes it doesn't make me any sense that to process sponsor application what's taking them so long. I provided them with SIN. And I'm living in Canada from over 7 years and own a home. Why officer is not able to verify this until now?
I got AOR on July 11 and haven't got any request for any documents or forms so far..

Yes, it depends on visa officer.
In tracker, we have May 13 in process and May 9 "decision made" so having "application received" status for May 3 must be frustrating.
Any updates in your myCIC account in case ecas is lagging behind ?

Nothing except in additional document line, it says we do not need additional documents and I think it appeared after AOR.
