I applied for BOWP in Jun before my post grade work permit expire in Jul, now my EE application got refused, what should I do now to be able to work in Canada. I am still working with my current employee since my Application for BOWP is still processing.

yes you can work coz your BOWP is still in process and hopefully you will get it.. gud luck

That is unfortunate, sorry to hear that. You can continue to work until you receive notice that your BOWP has been refused. Then you must stop working immmediately.

Assuming your PGWP has already expired, you don´t have a lot of options to work in Canada. Your employer could apply for an LMIA, but even if it were approved, it would be months before you could legally work again.

You could check if you´re eligible under one of the IEC programs...

Otherwise, you could apply for restoration and change to visitor status, but you wouldn´t be able to work. Or, you could leave Canada and re-apply for PR, and come back if you get approved.

If you hope to become a PR however, do not overstay or work illegally in Canada.
