ITA received on July 24, 2019, but website error?

I got ITA on July 24, along with an update on my profile that says they are pleased to confirm that they sent me an invitation, and I also got a PDF telling me the next steps.

But although I do what the PDF tells me to do in order to proceed and continue application by clicking on "continue application" in the permanent residency section, the website keeps directing me to "Find out if you're eligible to apply." page, which I already did at the very first step.

Anyone experiencing the same error? I sometimes get another kind of error redirecting me to their main home page of their website, and if I close the browser and launch another browser, it works.

Anyone?

It's not an error. Still fill out the eligibility part. You'll get to the application page after that. All the best.
