Right now you need 460+.

Get more points by
1. More work experience
2. More education
3. Higher IELTS

or a combination thereof. If you do not get more points, immigrating under Express Entry will not be possible (or extremely difficult at least, unless you qualify under Federal Skilled Trades or a special program).
