Once you are a PR, you are guranteed Mobility Rights under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom and are allowed to travel, live and work anywhere you want to.

Although this is true, if OP moves immediately after getting PR, he or she may be scrutinized for not attempting to live in Quebec and if proven that he or she had no intention to live in Quebec, PR may be revoked.

PR's are scrutinised mostly when they have been granted PR under a PNP. Applicants being granted PR through general streams are almost never scrutinised.

True but it seems, from what I understand, this OP went through the Quebec stream and not a general one. I could have understood the OP wrong.

Applicants who get PR under a general stream never get scrutinized, they did not pledge their initial years to a certain province.

Yes, the OP has not told us properly whether he has obtained his PR through CSQ or otherwise.

To, OP: If you obtained your PR through CSQ, you will have to follow proper procedures to change your province, otherwise you will be in violation of your pledge, which could result in a case of misrpresentation, thus having the federal government ban you for 5 years and arrest and deport if you are already in Canada.
