I am Apr 30th applicant with no ECAS or AOR or CIC linking. Document request was on Jun 21st which was received on Jun 24(CIC call centre) agent confirmed. There is no logical explanation as to why some or rather very few do not have ECAS access. I don't care if my file is going to be processed late but to be left hanging not knowing what is going on is not very proper management. I try not to check this forum as all I hear are people talking about how further they are in the process. I only wish that I could be able to access information as the rest of you all rather than having to call each time and that too not really helping. Sorry about the rant, but some days are worse than the others

yes you can link with file # start with "F"

when you count family member to link use formula [Sponsor + if Cosigner] no kids + [PA + Dep]

As per IRCC, the application goes back to the queue on the date the documents are deemed complete, so you will see updates (ECAS/AOR) along with June 24 applicants, assuming IRCC reviewed them.
For all practical purpose, the application will be considered received on Jun 24th rather than April 30th, that's why IRCC stress on completeness of all forms/information.

The question is very wage, as nobody can comment on your basis for the H&C route, if its just coz you didnt get invite in last 3 years, that doesnt qualify as base for H&C. Unless there are some other reasons in your case, you should wait for next year. Good luck.

did you get SA letter? what is your Local Visa office (LVO)
what is ur province?

in my opinion every detail matter to them for fair processing, so if they are picking something which is as per the IRCC guidelines, they are well in their limits.

That is the job of officer to pick small details

AOR received July 11, 2019 and CPC-Mississauga.

I would say go and file a case against the officer for doing his job perfectly

Anyone here with one parent passed away that was not requested to provide a death certificate as an additional document?
I am asking because I do not have my dad's death certificate and am wondering if they will ask everyone to provide it.
