@yuyu

No. Singapore citizen won't be needing any letter in order to get a COC :p

I explained that I got it through ITA. They didn't seem to care. The same kind of thing happened to someone in the May 2019 thread who needed a letter from IRCC to get a PCC from Mexico.
Shit... now I just spend so much money to apply for COC... I am a Singapore citizen ... if CIC asks me to re-submit I will cry... its so frustrating...

You can call or email them to have your email address changed. They usually reply to emails after ~5 working days. From reading other posts on the forum, it sounded like it's hard to call them. One poster said he/she succeeded after calling them 121 (!) times.

They ask that you include an application receipt when you send the fingerprint. The receipt is sent as a PDF attachment in an email after your application is paid for.

In my email from May 2019, the address was:

To complete the application, please mail your original hardcopy fingerprint impressions recorded by an authorised fingerprint recorder together with a copy of the payment receipt to the COC Office at:

Block D, #02-07/08
Police Cantonment Complex
391 New Bridge Road,
Singapore 088762
Yes, that fingerprint form is correct.

P.S. If you really can't find that PDF receipt, I'd say attach whatever you can to show that you applied AND paid. Definitely include your application number. You should have had opportunities to print out your online application after you submitted and before you exited the website, and to print out your payment receipt after online credit card payment. If you did print those or took screenshots, include those. Those basically show the same thing -- that you applied and paid, and your application number.

Guys please help!

I entered my email address wrong in the application of COC, so I can't receive emails, and I only have 30 days left to upload this. But I checked status, its pending finger print.

Can someone please let me know the detailed address where I should send the finger print?

Also should I use this finger print form: https://www.police.gov.sg/sgsecure/~/media/coc_fingerprint_form.pdf?la=en

Really appreciate your help!

Thank you so much! Do you know where I can do the fingerprint in Toronto? I called the singapore consulate, the next available appointment is more than a week after, and the local police station said they don't do finger prints unless I was arrested T.T

I did two sets, one from SG consulate, another from my local police. No idea where to do it in Toronto.. If you do it at a commercial vendor, I’d recommend that you get it notarized. Just in case because SPF is not clear as to what counts as “authorised” fingerprint recorder.

Thank you so much guys I did it at FIPS today and mailed it out with the payment invoice and the application confirmation I saved when I submitted.

I used priority mail (Fedex) so it will arrive by next Wednesday.

btw how does SPF even know if the finger prints are recorded by authorized recorder? There is only a signature of the person who recorded this on my form.

There was a post (in another thread about Singapore COC) where someone mentioned that his/her fingerprint card was rejected by SPF for lacking an “agency stamp”. That was the only reason I went to SG consulate — they stamped the card with a consulate stamp, whereas my local police had no stamp.

Was there a stamp on your form? I went to FIPS but they only signed my form no stamp :(
I have the "watermark" thing on the fingerprint paper, not sure if they consider stamp

I mailed to Singapore Police and they accepted my FIPS one, and they already approved my application
