Medical exam results are valid for 1 year and they can be used during their validity. However, it is generally preferable to have medical results which are not older than 6 months during submission of an application. So you can use the same medical results if they are not too old. By the way, could you please share what was wrong with the PCC that you have provided ?

They wanted ORIGINAL one- I just uploaded translaton+certified COPY attached - ORGINAL was also in black and white which I didn't upload.
