The best time in life to do something is always now - or atleast as early as possible
I agree.. the sooner the better.
Make use of the good weather to acclimatize and i have heard the hiring is really low between Nov - Feb .. but then, it also depends on Luck..

Personally, I would not go in the said months ..

Bro motivational hogaya yeh toh! haha

I wish i could do it right now...but still waiting for the passport request. However, i asked because earlier i was planning to move by end of July but since didn't have the PR yet and there is a lot of uncertainty, so i was just thinking is winters a good time considering Job Market and all.
Have a cut off period. Lets say for eg..if the PPR does not come before end of Sep, you would not go.. this year or until March 2020

What was the exact wording?"The file is under review by an officer" or the "responsible office is reviewing....."?????
Hi, i just saw your message. The message below is what i received from Ottawa.........

Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.

How can you say this ? I know 4 guys who got PPR within 6 months and 1 guy in 7 months from VO - Ottawa
well I know 3 exceeding now 8 months and one 12 months .. you should note there is VO Ottawa and CPC Ottawa, I am still confused about is they are the same thing

Guys, have you ever come across someone who, while waiting for his PPR in the FSW stream, submitted an application to a province program, I believe they review cases faster and one can have his ppr in 3 months

True. But my medical will expire in December, so you mean that I do a soft landing and then come back and then permanently go around end of March or early April.

This will be the best thing to do correct?

Depends on your stream of work IMO. Not all companies slow down in the winter. Moreover recruitment is not quite active during the start of a new financial year in April too.

Good morning guys, how do you know if your application is in security screening? I saw people who were checked took up to 27 months...that's horrifying..

Email address of the minister of immigration - AHMED.HUSSEN@parl.gc.ca

The more people email him, the more pressure he would have to look into the delays.

Let’s work together here all!

Spread the word please
Hello, are you advising people send him an email to help look into their applications?
Do you know anyone this has worked for, please?
I'm a little skeptical about this, hence the question. I'd hate to ''piss'' anyone off or draw unnecessary attention to my application.
Thank you.
