I am unable to find the exact NOC for my work class... currently i am working as a deputy secretary in PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry (National Apex Chamber of India) and handling the health department here..pls guide for NOC

The NOC code is mainly decided by your job roles and responsibilities, if you are able to match your job duties with the majority of the duties from an NOC (60 to 70 percent) then pick this NOC as yours regardless of the Job title or the qualifications required.
As long as the company you work in confirms that your duties and these duties fall under an NOC then job titles doesnt matter as the titles on the NOC website are just for illustrative purposes.
So in summary, search for keywords of what you actually do and not what your job title is
