Canadian work experience

I got a job offer from a NGO.
The position is NOC level B category and full time.
They are giving per houe salary and paystubs.

But, they told me I will be given a independent contractor position and I will have to pay own taxes and year end.

Will I be able to use this job as canadian work experience after one year?

You're fine. As long as your work is full-time, it counts. When applying, you'll need a letter from your employer that states your duties, hours, and job title.
