So my application for pr for my spouse has been stagnant. It has been on 'Medical results have been received' for a few months 3 now.
How long does it usually take?

So my application for pr for my spouse has been stagnant. It has been on 'Medical results have been received' for a few months 3 now.
How long does it usually take?

Typical for it to sit like that for months then a flurry of activity as it all comes together in the final month. Plan on at least 12 months overall processing time with long stretches where nothing happens.
