Does oinp requires us to upload birth certificate? If so, what is the alternative if birth certificate is not there. My spouse, who is secondary applicant, doesn't have birth certificate. Does it cause problem?

Birth certificate is required only for kids.
No need for your spouse or urself

Well, would be nice to have another draw so soon. But then again to think about it, if its followed by a 3 weeks gap then it doesn't do us any favors.

But yes, maintenance notices aren't related to draws. Haha.

you are right but i dont think there would be any gap thing again for this year. they are following last year pattern and in last year pnp draw in sept also did not affect regular draws. so hope for the best

Guys, quick question.

I have got the company reference letter signed by my colleague who is of the same rank as me. Can i mention that he is my supervisor and provide all supporting docs including both our ID cards? This letter will be on the company letter head.

Secondly,I will also provide a stamp paper affidavit attested by notary, explaining all relevant details and job duties.

Will be attaching supporting docs like ID card of myself and colleague, Form -16 last 3 years, appointment letter, offer letter, pay slip for 1 year, salary account bank statement for 1 year. ( Pls correct me if am missing something)

Will this be suffice for job reference letter? This is the only document which am seriously confused, and the other thing is that my colleague is of the same rank as mine and not a supervisor. My organization's HR or project manager will not provide reference letters unless u are planning to quit. Please provide ur valuable suggestions.

One of the companies I worked for doesn't provide reference letter. What is the alternative option? Can anyone suggest?

It is not advisable to provide any kind of wrong information. A friend of mine also got his reference letter signed by the same level colleague and he got the PR. They didn't even call his colleague to verify.
I think the documents you are providing are enough. Just don't lie in any case. Providing a signed reference letter from your supervisor is not mandatory but preferable.

Though Chance's r very thin.... (0.0001%) but still if draw happens this Wednesdays considering maintenance notice.... What will be cutoff...

To everyone thinking whether to share this information or that information, SHARE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE related to information they asked for.. If an immigration officer asks me about my waist size, I'd gladly share it..

To everyone thinking about sharing false information, drop what you are thinking and state the truth or back away.. Misrepresentation is a big deal..
