Preparing documents for post-ITA phase, wondering where I can get photographs that meet Canadian express entry requirements? I am not confident of my ability to edit a pic myself, so hoping to get some pointers on where I can get this done?

Do standard places like Costco/CVS/Walgreens etc match the EE photograph requirements?

You have to call Walgreens and see if they are able to do it. I found that only certain locations are familiar with the process and are willing to meet the specifications and instructions provided by IRCC. It was very quick once they confirmed that location was able to do it.

I'll recommend a photo studio. It's a bit costly but atleast they'll do what you ask them. Walgreens and other stores have fixed dimensions and most don't stamp the back of your photos with their address etc.
Also, with photo studios you can get the soft copy and print it out yourself in the future.
