canada visa rejected

i got 6.5 overall in ielts
l-7.5
w-5.5
s-6
r-6
and did b.tech in computer engineering with 6.9 cgpa.Took an admission in sask polytech in technology management but got rejected and they mention the reason that you will not come back after your completion of your study.so what do i do now? and is the reason behind my rejection is this or different?pls help me out.

May be possibility of 5.5 in one module
Or other than go for gcc+ which Elaborate a perfect reason with a file copy
