I have a question regarding the Tie-Breaker.
the time of the tie-breaker is based on the time of the profile creation or time of the last update in the file.
like I have created my profile last year OCT and cleared and updated my IELTS score this year in MAY. so even if Tie-breaker time comes for MAY(very very fewer chances), will my file be considered on MAY update or profile creation?

I have booked my medicals for tomorrow and I went a nose surgery 2 years back, do I need to disclose that surgery to the physician since the same is cured now and the same problem cannot arise in the future.

What do you guys suggest?

I don't think the medical is considered based on the surgeries happened in the past. They are simply going to check your current condition. That is what I think. even I had some surgeries in the past and there was a major one happened on my ear and brain. I went for medical for NZ visa and no problem occurred at that time. surgery was fresh back then at the time of my medical for NZ. Let them examine and if they ask specifically, then tell them.

I am pretty sure, they cannot detect it with the blood test and all but if they come to know anytime in future, that would amount to misrepresentation.

As far as I know, they will do X-rays and urine tests to find diseases like TB or STDs. They do a physical examination to see if you have any special chronic conditions. I don't think nose surgery would be a problem. You can mention it to the physician just to be sure but if you are fully healed then it shouldn't come up in the results at all.

Hi everyone just got my spouse IELTS result was expecting to take CRS to 459 at least but unfortunately, with her scores, we are now at 451..... what do you guys think of this score as my own IELTS is going to expire in October 2019..... will I be able to get ITA with 451 any suggestions.... any ray of hope

When you have an opportunity to lift up the CRS to 455 plus, it's safer to do so and ensure you lock your ITA asap.

To all Roh followers, keep your hope and faith high and at the same time try by any means to increase your score.
I was previously at 450 then lose 10 points for birthday. Now again I am at 453. While spouse was busy preparing for her exam I got Oinp and I'm expecting nomination before next draw. This week I got Alberta NOI too. So for all below 450, don't get discouraged and keep working in improving, they are plenty options available

How do I make sure I lock my ITA asap?

Sorry, I'm new to this thread and there will probably be a new pool 2 days before my birthday that I might pass. After that, I will lose points due to my birthday.

Btw, does the birthday count at the day we accept the ITA or the day of the pool?
