My spouse's PR application

Hi guys, I just need you to help me out in this mess I found myself. I'm in a deep shame, regret $ repentance of agreeing with an agent to use a fake document for my spousal work permit and I was banned for 5yrs in 2017. My spouse PGWP is still valid till next year Sept and still has a year pending because he got 2yrs because of his passport validity.
He just submitted an application for PR last week despite my inadmissibility. I have been so worried whether his status would be affected if the PRV is refused. I am really learning my lessons in a hard way now and i don't want my error to affect his. What other options can he explore should the PR be refused before his PGWP expires?
As for me, I have accepted there is no going there for the next 3years.

I don't believe PR is an option for him at this time. To the best of my knowledge, he will be refused due to your inadmissibility. To the best of my knowledge, he will have to wait until 2022 to apply when you are no longer inadmissible.

Recommend he consult with a lawyer to determine if his PR application will be accepted and what your options are.

As you are inadmissible, he is also inadmissible. His PR app will be refused.

His option would be to divorce you. You would then need to qualify to immigrate on your own merits.
