Hi Citizenship Applicants,

What among the following are travel documents besides passports that I have to mention? (Citizenship Application Step #14)

  • PR Card
  • Canada Visa that was applied on the passport for 1st entry.
  • US Visa
  • Fast Card
  • Previous UAE Residence Visa

What "immigration status" means in Citizenship Application Step #13, can someone elaborate? I have lived in UAE for 10 years on residence visa (employment) do I have to fill about it in immigration status?

None of those are travel documents. Travel documents as in Passports, or documents for refugees. Visas are not travel documents.

What about fast card?
Are you able to travel with only this card? Maybe someone with more knowledge on it can shed some light. I'd imagine this card is reliant on your passport.

I have crossed borders both ways presenting only this card to the officers. Without showing the passport, however I had always had the passport.

OK, i'd check if it's considered one. I assume it's not, and you have it based on the passport, but I'd double check.

Thanks,
If I include my new & old passports and add 3rd doc as the FAST Card #, with the name of the doc in brackets. Will it matter much? what do you think?

1. New Passport
2. Old Passport
3. Fast Card

Probably good to go this way.
If it's not considered a travel document, the fast card information will probably simply be ignored by the officer dealing with your application.
