My fiancée has been waiting nearly a year. She is here on an eta and her 6 months is up tomorrow. She left today to stay with her aunt in New York and the border agents gave her a hard time (even though IRCC told her to just leave and return). I can’t fathom this shit anymore!!!

Ircc told her to leave and come back. The us border agents didn’t wanna let her into the states for fear that Canada won’t let her back through. Wtf is wrong with these people? Why is there so much confusion and misinformation?! She will be gone for a month and we will be flying back into Canada. IRCC told us to leave and come back!

can you show the US border the the communication between her and IRCC? Either email or call ircc at US border, have them speak to each other

Well they did let her through. But they said they are worried they won’t let her back in. They should though right? I’m meeting her in LA in 3 weeks and then we come back 2 weeks after that. We are hoping she gets ppr before all that but I’m

as long as she has valid visa, she shouldnt have any problem coming back to canada.

Even if she stayed for 6 months already and left? She has an eta on her Irish passport. She hasn’t been able to work for a year. This pr wait is just fucking Up our lives. We almost want to just say fuck it and I move to Ireland....

It will be 12 months on the 17th. We were told application hasn’t move since August 2018. We were also told to expect an update by June 27th. Another fuckin lie!
