I applied for my wife SOWP in jan 2019 and they didn't send any request for medical and after 3 month we got refusal and they stated that we did not give our medical .
Now again we applied on 03/06/2019 after got biometric request on 24/06/2019 even we did that last time .now after doing biometric again still no update yet ,still showing file under review.Medical upfront this time.
