I got a second ECA report done from WES (graduated in May 2019) and it shows Master's equivalency. However, the report says Second ECA Report (original completed April 03 2019). It lists my bachelor's and graduate certificate alongside my master's credential. So my question is whether I need to list all the three in my express entry profile or just Masters?

Yes I did. I sent it in June. Hope they release the ECA by November if am lucky. Lets see. If the ECA says PG, then CRS shoots up to 450 again.

I entered pool in Feb 2019 with CRS more than 440. Improved my score 2 times and finally reached 460. When ever I improve my score , CIC will increase their cutoff above that. My birthday is coming on Aug 13th and hence need my ITA before that.

Oh, that's gross man! I wish you may get your CRS updated soon with the Masters equvalency or an NOI ! Good luck for that..
