I just want to ask regarding the new pilot program, I just got my working visa today and I'll be going home to my country this october to marry my boyfriend everything is planned and is there a chance that he can come to canada even though we just married?

I am assuming that you belong to the old program and since you said that you just received your work permit, I am assuming you still did not meet the required work experience to apply for PR.... if this applies to you, then the answer is NO.. your bf/husband can’t come with you until you become a PR.
However, if you want your bf/husband to join you in Canada sooner, you always have the option to apply for the new caregiver program because that will give him an open work permit and a direct pathway to PR.

No.. because your work permit was based on the old program.
