Can we submit application within 1 year of IELTS and then update the application with additional degrees later? Will my IELTS score still be valid?

IELTS score are valid for 2 years from the date of your test.

No such rule. The system will ask for the date of test and it should be less than two years.

However, in case you get an ITA and your test scores are more than 2 years old, you will be asked to take the test again.
