I don't think there is any fee , I think Mexico will be closest to you

It is clear now , they are working on April 30th and May 1st file , clean files for these dates can expect a decision in coming week

I wish we can contact CIC after getting the request and see if we can be exempted. Not sure if there will be a response back or not. IRCC should have opened VAC’s in Canada before starting the process of biometrics.

Lots of May 10 updates today, and for me who watches this forum 1000 times, and check ecas 100 times every day, no update yet. Life is not fair :)
