It is different for every applicant. Depends where you are from, how many different countries you have lived in, etc. Some countries take longer to respond to CIC for background and criminality check. Nobody here will be able to tell you the exact time it will take as there are too many variables.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "pushing" your files. You cannot make the process go any faster.
