Well the story starts with GCMS notes that I ordered on May 20, 2019. On June 21, I received GCMS Notes, in which status as of May 20 indicated that file had transferred between CPC-Ottawa, Edmonton and London around 5 times Eligibility was met, Criminality was appears to meet while info sharing was complete. On the same evening i.e. June 21, 2019 Account my status had changed to IP2 i.e. background checking has started but no email was received.
Before I was desperate but GCMS Notes helped me stay calm and hold my nerves. I guessed fairly that since info sharing had been completed and with biometrics provided Background checking will be swift specially since info had been shared twice with the USA.
On July 1, 2019 I received email that there is a new message in the CIC account and the PPR letter was there. Rest is history.
BTW I never called IRCC nor did I raise any webform. Provided all my docs including extra supports along with the application in properly organised sequence.
CONGRATS!!... Wondering why your eligibility was met while criminality appeared met after such a long wait? Did you have to submit multiple PCCs? And if so, did you attach them all with the application or you had to wait for a few months to get one from a foreign country?

In your GCMS did your file read "PReVU (Verified)"

What's funny is that I got an automated response email from Delhi Immigration saying that "Your e-mail was received by the New Delhi visa office.
We do not respond unless you have already submitted an application and we need additional information from you. If a response is justified, we will write within 30 days. We do not provide status updates on applications in process. We do not confirm receipt of documents or passports."

However, I got another email from the Postmaster saying:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca (delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca)
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly.

So it is one of two things. Either the email was sent through successfully and i got a response email back, or that, they send out response emails whether or not the email actually is in their mail box queue. My suspicion is that it is the second one, in which case their systems are stupid
did you call up CIC and did they confirm that your appiication is in NDVO

Hi,
I received my GCMS notes and those have comments that only criminality is passed till last month.
Also, i found below in them:
Incoming correspondence that was at provided has been flipped to received in bulk. Incoming information will need to be reviewed at next due date.

Can anyone please let me know what does this line mean? I am confused.

From my vantage point, It seems whatever information that had been requested was turned over and requested in bulk because it was not up to the satisfactory levels. The new information will be reviewed on due date once received.

But no ADR's are requested since last 3 months.

Hello fellow members!

I have a question, how can I order GCMS notes if I have applied through a representative?

Can I order the notes myself or should I request the rep to order it?

Appreciate any feedback. Thanks
