Hello. I have completed my bachelor of arts in 2013 and after 1 year gape I studied welder ITI course . Yet I'm in welder profession. Now I want to go Canada for my welding and fabrication technician 2 year diploma certification. Would visa be possible.??

If you are already a welder this choice of program would not make sense and you will likely be refused.

But sir my I intensions are to get higher welding skill qualification. Now I have just 1 year course.
