Hi,
I am curious if IRCC is looking for all numbered (heading) boxes be checked, even if they don't apply to us?
Don't want to cause any hold up because the box was checked/not-checked.
For example, this one we don't have any children but checking the main heading box may at least let them know that we have read it?
Same goes for Use of Representative, when the inside box is checked to state that we are not using one, should the main box be checked as well?

Thanks

Also, for imm0008enu_2d.pdf, should this question (#3) be 1 or 2? No children, just the spouse (wife) that is being sponsored. But does that include the sponsor (husband) as a family member in the application?

If you are the sponsor and you are ONLY sponsoring your wife, then '1' is correct.
