hi everyone!
i received my ITA today morning Yay!!
My spouse is here in Canada and I have shown him as Non-accompanying spouse during the EE Profile. Filing the PR individually is not a big issue but in the meantime while completing my EE application, there is question for the non-accompanying spouse asking "PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY NOT".

my individual reason for filing it individually was high CRS points. If I added my spouse then the CRS would be around 443 whereas right now individually I have 465 due to which i got my ITA.

my spouse came to Canada as dependent a less than six months ago and waiting for his IELTS results and ECA would result into me missing many draws. He is still not sure whether we completely want to migrate to Canada or not due to the family ties, but I am filing it because I am eligible to file PR.

My reason would be very generic because of the CRS. How else can I explain why I am filing it individually?
Your application will be denied as you lied about non accompanying spouse unless you show concrete evidence he will leave Canada shortly. You tried to game the system and will pay the price.

@13nitinsharma - Bro, do you feel 450 has any chance this year? I am at 450 and thinking to start looking for Australia as an option. With the ongoing trend I am not sure if the cutoff is going to come down to 450 anytime soon. What's your take? I see you are also at 450. All the best to both of us.
Looking at the current trend, 450 has a fair chance before the end of this year. By when it will drop to 450? This will take sometime to touch this score.

I’ve submitted my application to OINP so hopefully will get 600 additional points soon.

Good luck to you too.

How did you apply for OINP?

Please elaborate address history mismatch. It can be helpful for others to take precautionary action, thx
So basically I have a PCC from a country where I lived from 31st May 2014 to 05th January 2016, I traveled to this same country in 2011 and in 2014 in April.

My PCC from this country was like a table where you can see the dates when I have traveled to this country:
from jun to aug 2011
from 16 apr to 31 May 2014 (this date is not accurate and I didn't notice)
from 19 oct 2014 to 05/01/2015

(please note that there was a mistake in my PCC as I stayed in this country from 31st May to July 2014 but it does not appear there)

so this is for PCC, as you can see I have one mistake , I raised CSE, no more than one week after my AOR, as I saw the mistake but at the end it was not taken into consideration.

regarding address history, I stated
31st May 2014 to 14 June 2014 in address A in Country A
14 june to 05th January 2015 at address B in Country A

Mainly the rejection reason was:
The PCC for country A presented in not acceptable, because it does not cover the period where you lived there. In your address history you stated that you lived there from 14 June 2014 to 06 January 2015.

Now I can see the mismatch but the 06 January was my return to my home country and I was not living in country A, I am not sure if I made a mistake in address history or, typo from agent?

Anyway, I have a new ITA and I will complete my file much more carefully, if somone has a thought on that, please do not hesitate, I just hope that what I wrote make sense

I think u need pcc from a country only if u lives there for more than 6 months.
For example, if I live as below:
1. First duration is more than 6 months in country A
2. Then I return back to home country
3. Then after 4-5 months I again visit country A for one month

Then do I need to get pcc for 1 month also as mentioned in point#3 ?

That is why I say time is sufficient but not ample. After that specific draw then comes the election, the Sheer government will take over within 3 months after October leaving a gap till December ish. I don't think the new government will increase ITAs and might change the system in 6 months. The conservatives created EE but not sure they still like it.
Scheer can’t win the elections.

I am not sure I would say no but I am a bad example as I already get refused for PCC

Hi! Would you mind sharing where you got your medicals done and what is the procedure for getting an upfront medical done?
Spoke with Max Hospital Delhi and they refused to do upfront medicals.
You would receive an email from CIC as to when to go for your medicals. There is no upfront medicals tbh

I need an explanation from someone for below query.

In the Express Entry profile there is a section which shows whether you have got an invitation or not. (text copy pasted below for reference)

"Have I been invited to apply?
June 19, 2019 You do not have an invitation to apply at this time."

In my profile the date even today it shows as July 19, 2019. The question is, should this be the current date or the profile submission / updated date?

Thanks in advance.
