Should i get a gift deed before creating the Express Entry Profile or after receiving the Invitation the Apply ?
Pls let me know.

Also, Is it ok for me to get a gift deed from my Father In Law. Kindly Confirm.

1. You may get it immidiately after receiving the funds as a gift i.e anytime before the ITA or even post that. So, either way is fine.

Ideally, you should get the gift deed done when you receive the funds in your account.
