Dear all,

I have browsed through the forums, but I have a question specific to my case.

I had hired a consultant to help me in the application process. On Initial assessment – My score was coming out to about 440. My wife and I have 10 years of experience, but we were at a disadvantage due to age.

As we moved along in the application process, I realised that the consultant was not really adding the value they had promised me . In fact, they were confusing me even further . On top of that, they have several times misread & misunderstood our work profiles and educational background!

Currently, they have created a WES profile for me, but now I am not confident of their services at all. I have asked for them to share my WES ID & Password.

Now, I have 2 questions

- I want to take control of my WES application. I can fight with them & get the ID and password. Or I can create a fresh profile on my name. The second option is least time consuming. Does WES allow 2 profiles with the same name & credentials?

- We are a working couple with 2 newborns – So honestly, at this lifestage I would be very happy to outsource the entire process to a trusted advisor. Someone who can take over & do this for us. Can any of your recommend someone – Who can fill the profile, coordinate with universities to get transcripts etc..

That is the most time consuming part since our universities are out of town and will need travel.

Thanks!

Yes, WES allows creation of second profile. They care about the money and the veracity of the documents.

Like everyone, I would recommend that you yourself go through all of that - filling the profile, getting and mailing transcripts, they are not that difficult.

The whole Express Entry system is designed in such a way that no one actually needs a consultant to do things for them.

Thank you so much. I know, now I am thinking would rather spend 2-3 extra months in the profile creation and do it right, rather than quickly. But thank you so much.
