Hi there...
I got ITA and i have submitted all my documents on 23 October 2018 and i got married on 20 November 2018..
I didn't inform cic bcz my marriage certificate was not arrived and i got that certificate now on june 10 so is good idea to let cic know now or better to get my PR first...
Also if add now that it will be any issui later on...?
Please advise me...

It is mandatory to inform IRCC that you got married. If you don't inform them, you will be committing misrepresentation and can have your PR cancelled entirely.

Adding a spouse is a simple enough thing. Just use the IRCC webform to tell them you got married. They will ask for your marriage certificate, wife's medical and PCC, and that's it. It adds a few months, but there's no other drawback.. and remember, you have to tell them.

You should inform CIC asap and follow what 21Goose advised.

But i am worrying that i got married on 20 November and today its june 20 so they not gonna ask me that why i waited this much long...?

Is there any specific period within that one i have to inform cic???
Or we can tell them any time before we got pr...??
Please and thanks

You have to tell them before you land. You cannot land on the CoPR you get on the basis of a single person's application.

They won't care about the delay. Besides you have no choice - you have to tell them. If you don't tell them, you will not be allowed to get PR.

Ohh ok ok...that's good to know...
Also how can i make them contact to add my wife??
Do you have any clue that how long it take if i add her today bcz my work permit is going to finish on 31 August

I already told you how to contact them. It will add 3-4 months to your process. You should have informed them earlier, but now you need to inform them as soon as you can. It's unlikely that you will be able to complete everything before 31 Aug.

You should also apply for a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) to ensure that you can keep working after 31 Aug. You have to apply for this before your current work permit expires.

Thank you very much for your help...
I really appreciate for that...
It would be great if you can tell me that how can i apply Bridge Workpermit??
I am reallly sorry to bother you right now but i am in complicated situation
