WES Timeline/Tracking 2019

Hi all.
I have a 5 yrs Dental undergrad degree.
Upon completion , I went on to do a 1 year full time Fellowship course from Saveetha Dental college chennai.
It is a deemed to be university.
The college issues a certificate reg the course completed and on it mentions the course details..along with the dean ..principal and staff signature plus the ORIGINAL document sticker.
The emblem of the college university is right on the top as well ( mind you its a deemed to be university )
There is no seperate mark sheet.

I was under the presumption all these days that I can opt for 2 or more degrees option.
While creating a WES account I dont know what to choose from the education level for this 1 year degree...

Also it says the college provided documents will not be accepted. ..and only university or autonomous bodies shall be approved.

My college isnt mentioned in the autonomous list

What shall I do in this case ?
Is this degree a waste ?

Nothing since there, 39 working days since 1st in progress. I contacted WES two weeks ago and they mention “further research” is conducted on my credentials.

2 days ago I called and the CS rep said that my case has been assigned to over 3 different evaluators (not sure if this is common practice) and that my application had an update on 5/30, however it was not captured on the Customer backend feed and therefore is not reflected when I login on the system... they said that I should receive an update in 48 hours, however the deadline already expired... any thought? Thanks guys!

Does anyone know how long does it take for the status “we are reviewing your docs” to change ? Mine was like that since May 29th.... Its already 3 weeks and the status is still the same.. so frustrated!!

I was in a similar situation. Docs received on May 30th, got a second update on June 3rd, then nothing in the next 2 weeks.. So I wrote an email to WES, expressed my concern and asked if any docs missing, and then after a week, today I received a response from WES saying all docs are received and accepted and the evaluation is now in progress. Estimated due date is July 10th. So I guess email inquiry does helps to speed up their ‘doc review’ process... you should try contacting them as I did.

Just been informed informed verification was done by email. I guess in 3-4days I will get my date of completion.

Your institution most probably would have sent the verification request via normal post. It would take another 20 days before the status is updated.

If the request was emailed, expect a status update in 3 4 days

They can take around a month and some days to review and accept your documents. Mine were accepted after 40 days.

It will take 30-35 days for next update. Then another 20 days for report

Can you please share your submission timelines so that we get an idea on time reqd for each step. Thank you.

It depends on WES. They usually takes 2-3 days to update your account that they have received your docs. Then it generally takes them 30+days to review the docs. After the reviewed and accept the docs. They will give u estimate report due for completion date which is 20days. Sometimes 1-2days longer. In my case. 4 days delayed since the due for completion date.

Well, did your ECA took shorter time to be in thw review state?

I speak based on my own experience. I took exactly 30 calendar days for my docs to be reviewed by WES. Then next status they gave was "we have reviewed and accepted your document/s. We're reviewing your report. Then they gave the report due for completion date which was 24days from that status.

I think most of people here have similar timelines. If WES have to do verification again, and need to send the docs back to the institution (mostly happen for Indian qualification), it usually take more time to be in the "review" state.

It is normal to have docs in review for 35ish (business) days and another 20 calendar days to complete the evaluation.
