Profile still says that the eligibility is being reviewed but I was told that my eligibility is MET everytime I called them.
well, not sure if that is a huge difference then. Because for us both profile and calls/webforms says reviewing if you meet eligibility.
Any idea if yours got processed as Eligibility was met already?

Finally...Finally received the much awaited golden mail today after 7 month and 10 days...

Timeline:
AOR 9th Nov
MEP 11th Dec
No Ghost update, No ADRs, was in IP1 till yesterday.
Called IRCC 3 times, last call was on Monday last week only eligibility MET and nothing else was started according to agent.

Hold on guys, PPR is just around the corner.
Congratulations!!

So Eligibility MET seems to be bigger cause of concern now. They don't seem to be in a hurry to approve these cases anytime soon.

If you have been following this thread, NO ONE CAN TELL HOW LONG THE WAIT IS. Most of us are still waiting for the good news of receiving the golden email. You can try 2 things to give you peace of mind: Order GCMS notes or call IRCC to speak to an agent and ask about the status of your application.

Hope this helps and may we all get our PPR soonest! Cheers!:D
Thank you

Good news like these re-ignites the flame that has been put out due to uncertainties and unnecessary delays.

Congrats mate #ywhe

Hi, i have applied for express entry federal skilled workers program. I received AOR on 24 nov 2018 but still waiting for the passport request . I has been approx. 7 months now . Can u please tell me how long will it take to process my application? Why it had delayed from the normal processing time?
EXPRESS ENTRY means you get processed within 6 months. Since you are going to cross 7 month you belong to SNAIL ENTRY.

Hello Everybody,

M a silent reader here since the month of May. I woke up with the READY FOR VISA MAIL today morning. Below is my timeline:

AOR - 5th Nov 2018
MEP- 8th Dec 2018
VO: CPC-Ottawa.
PPR- 18th June 2019
No ADRs
GCMS ordered on 30th May 2019 which is yet to be recd.

Complete silence after MEP

Since we processed our file through a consultancy (Xiphias immigration, Bangalore), the consultant Mr.Payman Meharani), who is the CIC Lic. holder uploaded our PR application using his ID (He does this for every client & has the permission to do so from CIC). As such we were not getting day to day updates (like ghost updates etc.,). when my wife's friend received the PPR (who's AOR was in Jan2019), we asked the consultant about the progress, then he sent a mail to IRCC which they responded that ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT IS IN PROGRESS (I hope this got the attention of the CIC agent). On May 30th we requested our consultant to order GCMS, which is yet to be received.
Last night our consultant updated that our application has moved to the visa officer for final comprehensive review which would take a few weeks or even a month time. Luckily today morning we woke up with the golden email.

@SithLord , Man you have got immense knowledge about the entire process, also the thing to be appreciated is that you are so kind & helpful for a lot of applicants here & m sure most of them were benefitted during their visa process .. kudos to you:) Even I started my immigration journey from Aussie PR, but I got nominated for Perth since my profile is into Finance & accounting. As my wife completed her masters in RMIT, Melbourne, she knew that Perth is not so livable city as the temperature goes to the extreme during summer.

@Upasana & @Priya0227 , I really feel u guys.. your story was my story too... My parents always wanted me to join the family business after I quit the job in Jan2018 since I was the only son to them, but that wouldn't have been me anymore; they were pretty much insecure about my immigration process & did not support completely. My Father in law had little hope in me & was always pestering for updates which we were getting vaguely from the consultancy. Finally, everybody's happy now.

So, all I say is keep faith in yourself, be self-confident, trust in God; Peace & success are in the corners :)
