Poorly built because has been cloned from a genuine one and as usual whomever behind the scam tends to leave parts of the original, in this example the map shows the location as Nebraska USA not even Canada.

It's pretty easy. We see these fake sites here all of the time. You just google text from the fake site and it's usually pretty easy to find the real one they have cloned.
