Refusal of old TRV

Hello,
I just remembered I haven't declared my TRv rejection in my PR application Dated in June 2018. Is it necessary for the pr application . My application timeline is as follows
Aor : 27 April 2019
Medical Passed : 6th June 2019
Biometric enrolment : 8th June 2019

What to do Now ????

Raise a CSE to inform them about the TRV refusal. Also, please add an explanation that the omission was an error.

Make sure you do this quickly and provide a good explanation. This can easily be considered misrepresentation and your PR can be denied and you can be banned for 5 years.

I have raised the CSE, Haven't received any acknowledgement of it yet.
Does this affect my processing Timeline ?
Also raising a CSE after more than 2 months of AOR affect the application ?
