Hello Friends,

Need your advice/suggestions on the following question.

Background - As part of my education, I've completed three courses. For the first two, I got the ECA done and for the third one, ECA can't be done since i didn't have the degree as of now. I received the ITA basis the ECA for two degrees.

Question - Is it mandatory to disclose all three degree in the PR application. If i disclose the third degree and say that i don't have the ECA for the third degree, will it cause any issue in later stage of my PR application ?? Is it possible that the immigration officer will ask me to provide the ECA for third course? (In that case, will i get a chance to explain that ECA can't be done since i didn't have the degree as of now)?

Also, FYI..I've been to Canada on work permit wherein I've disclosed all the three degrees while applying for work permit (this does not require any ECA)

You have to put all degrees in your application form.
No need to provide ECA for your third degree and they won't ask for it.

Continuing question - Do I need to attach the education proofs (marksheet) for third course in the PR application along with WES report for two degrees? or including the information about the third course would suffice?

Yes upload degree and transcripts if you have them.
