That's why i told CRA will ask for proofs and evidences. CRA only cares proofs and evidences. Did he actually earn it or not does not matter unless he cant prove it then he will put in trouble

Likely, i have done taxes claim for many tax payers its fine as well as you have proofs and explanation for reasons you forgot it
There are a few people suggesting to artificially created income or commit fraud and see if CRA picks it up. It is important to stress that nobody should be manipulating their income or committing fraud ever but also not to meet LICO.

Guys,
In the form 5768, Q14 it says "Provide your employment history for last three years", I worked for the same company, should just use one line and enter the total income in the gross income column (Example if I earned 50k each in 2016,2017,2018, I just enter 150,000 in Gross income column) or should I add one line for each taxation year? Please its urgent, I need to send it tomorrow.
One line for each year. Including 1 Jan 2019 to present as the 4th line.

Uhmm......if they did earn the money in the first place with all the evidence and proof then WHY didnt they just file it in the appropriate years?

Or is it because they didnt want to pay the taxes on that income before but now that they need to for the PGP requirements?

You are right. It is not fraud. It is TAX EVASION!

Hey you can't pick and choose when you want to pay your income taxes on what income earned.

Good luck with the tax man.

Once again CRA does not care your purposes to increase your incomes, increase your income means pay more taxes, $1000?? $7000?? How many business tax payers trying to decrease their income?? CRA works strictly on these guys not unclaimed-$7000,$8000 guys. As well as your explanation makes sense they will accept it if not they will receive less paid taxesaudit will be conducting only when you did not claim a massive incomes which benefits your self as less tax-paids

Remember you can claim taxes by yourself as newcomers you may forget some if your english is not good enough to understand it fully. This totally makes sense as well as you CLAIM it before CRA finds out you hide it on purpose

You are right.

There will be always people who will try to game system and get away with it.

Go ahead. I am sure many use this method to meet LICO requirements.

As I said it pays to get expert advice.
