and after appeal win in full hearing can they reject us because I am confused I win my case in September 2018 and still I am hanging

Immgartion will contact you when they want any documents or information for your application and one thing don’t be calling them every min asking about your application cause I know they get so annoy that they will put your application to the back as I say you have to wait on them and pray cause what you say or do wouldn’t speed up the process faster there is people on here like myself won a full hearing September 17 2018 the judge told me on the spot but I never received my letter until mid November I didn’t call or anything then the end of dec they send asking for medical documents and copy of passport then they give us 30 day to send back everything for them so by feb 14 I expressed everything they ask for I was even late sending back what they have asked for cause I was on vacation so my lawyer send a letter with the request documents and explain why the documents was late then in April the ask for a police record from Canada then yesterday my lawyer told me that immigration want ARC and they give us 20 days to send it so my point is wait for them they know what they want to complete your application

My and your timeline of appeal win are almost same and my visa office is London and it’s very busy maybe because of this I by myself don’t know too but documents request comes to me from Ottawa

From what the judge told me he if he fail the security check they can reject the application so I don’t know every case is different

For this they can’t again reject you only for BGC if it’s not clear so for that they can

My one start from the day I receive request it’s was December 28 2018 so it’s 12 months completion time so now six months left so your ones also like this

I can answer this our appeal in Toronto was booked for all day and lasted close to 5 hrs.with 20 min break.

i cant believe what they ask in 8 hrs. usually 100 questions take one hour, how many questions do they ask to take a whole day?

Usually this is almost a guarantee pass, just make sure you and your spouse do a DNA test to strengthen your case. I have seen cases that couple got denied even with a kid, but this is due to fact that the sponsor was caught with marriage of convenience in previous sponsorship aka (sponsor someone in the past and the marriage is fake or the sponsor was sponsored by a Canadian to obtain his/her PR and the marriage is fake)

in my case they do not believe in my first meeting with my spouse, we met in a street, exchanged our numbers and started a relation up to one year which ended on marriage, this is the main reason what they do not believe

Denied in May 2017. Recieved blue book Oct 2017 just had our Appeal in Toronto in February 2019 . Appeal booked for full day. Ours took under 5 hrs with 20 min break in the morning. I was questioned first. Then we were supposed to stop for lunch but we continued on with councel and judge request I call my husband and he was on a speaker phone.I could not intervene during his interview and testimony. He was asked the same set of questions I was. We represented ourselves no lawyer. We studied blue book and refusal letter and compiled alot evidence. Most over looked and not even looked at . We had his parents his brother my son and a close friend on stand by for our witnesses to our marriage and genuine relationship none were contacted.Although we did choose to have their interpreter present .Be confident and show how well you know each other including family jobs and future plans. I was wondering if others have also witnessed this problem on gckey. Actually I completed my medical on 16th May 2019 and status changed to medical passed on 23rd May 2019.
But recently I have noticed the medical passed date on gckey is 30th July 2018. Do I need to worry about it or is it just a system glitch?
