Another IMM5669 Question

I'm helping my wife complete IMM5569.

The checklist instructions are kind of foggy for me.

First, once Validated will it produce the barcodes for this or just validate the information has been completed properly?

Also, it lists 'Principal applicant and any family member 18 years of age must fill out the this form'
- This means all of her family members that are not applicants have to provide this information also?

1- Validation produced bar code at the end.
2- Believe you're refering to IMM5669 which you mentioned here at 5569.
the form states right in the begining that only those listed in the application for PR are to fill it. so that is a no to your question, non-applicant do not need to fill this.
Also family members here would only be the spouse and children, not siblings or parents.

I thought you were asking in general about the form on validation part. specifically for 5669, it does not generate a bar code, do ensure that it is also signed by hand next to the electronic signature.
