I'm was holding an Open Work permit (Initial validity was till the End of Dec 2018- hence applied for extension in Mid Dec 2018), that was refused in Mid March 2019 requesting me to either restore of leave the country within 90 days!! (Firstly, I had to stop working immediately and work towards making my spouse employable), reason being my spouse was NOT working in a NOC level job (since my spouse is the primary applicant i.e in Post Graduate Work Visa) at the time of my application.
Eventually my spouse found a NOC level Job and waited for 2 pay stubs and then filled in an online application again requesting for a restoration into Open Work permit in Mid April 2019 (we had continued to upload CIC portal with the pay stubs from that day as bi weekly basis) and still waiting for an response from CIC.
Question: Has anyone encountered such scenario? If so then, could you share your experience too?
