There are quite a few who received this same response from Ottawa during the last 2 weeks. Makes me wonder just how many cases are in queue for review? So does this mean Ottawa is getting ready to dispatch a big PPR batch soon?

I'm willing to bet a nickel that it's just a new automated answer to feed the curious and doesn't mean anything special.

Update on my case...
Nov 14 AOR
Was told by call center that I got RR for eligiblity due to "discrepancy" in education/work experience. That was as of April 23, and file was in queue for review by officer.
On May 28 call center said my file is currently being reviewed by an officer.
Received GCMS notes yesterday, says Eligibility: Review Required by officer, A11.2 Appears Met.
I don't understand. There is no explanation for the supposed RR. I am so tired of this that I've moved on, lost all optimism.

Did you have any visa refusals?

In my case the agents are denying to say what is the RR for. They say they can't access the notes left by the analysts and officers
