I've already approved for my PR but i also have a Final Interview My wife is a canadian citizen and she sponsored me . How ever if my wife will not appear at my Final interview it is any possibilities that can affect to my application?

It sounds like you applied inland (i.e. from within Canada). If so, your wife needs to be there with you or your PR cannot be finalized.

A very important question is, WHY will your sponsor not be there?
If the relationship between you and your sponsor has broken down, your PR application will be "toast".
