I applied for my Spouce sponsor PR. She got her visitor visa and completed her biometric. Does she required to go for Biometrics under PR process.

She will have to do biometrics again. My wife had the same thing and she had to do that again as they say it is different in both the cases.

In most cases biometrics have to be given within 30 days of the date of issue for the biometrics request letter. If your wife is able to go to the states to have it done that might be the easiest route not only because of the time limit, but also sometimes when booking an appointment with USCIS many locations do not have appointments right away and will have to wait at least 2 weeks.
