Inland Landing question

Hi guys,

My husband has recently received an invitation to land in Etobicoke - he almost has his PR yay!

Is it possible to change our landing office to Vancouver? We recently moved and plane tickets to Toronto are awfully expensive. I believe this shouldn't be a problem, however our consultant says it won't be possible.

Please help me prove him wrong

Yes it should be possible it will just lead to delays.
