Hi All, I have been following Ray of Hope Thread since January and I must say that as the name indicates this discussion threads give a lot of hope for people like me.
My current CRS is 447 (Masters degree and CLB 9) and my NOC is 1241 (Administrative Assistant). I have a total of 3 years experience from 2010 to 2013. At present I am a stay at home mom. Since 447 is not a good score any more, I need to know what will be my chances of PNP?
Im at 441..same noc..it was in demand 2 months back in Alberta..waiting to see if smthng happens thr and luck if Nova Scotia Category B opens soon..hope u have selected all provinces when u created ur profile

Now that there is a long gap between the two draws, I think this time would be no different from the previous draw.
My prediction is that the very immediate draw, the cut off will be more or less above 465.

for the scores in the range 453-460, I think we have to wait until July-August where the draw cycle resumes to normalcy, i.e two draw cycles a month.

Who made those 2021 goals??? Liberals made that goal once liberals will loose conservatives will change everything. If you see numbers oF ITAs there is a big difference in numbers before and after election
The IRCC is part of government. And yes, it can be used as a political pawn depending on the Minister in charge. It's not about being genuine or having integrity. TheMminister can set targets and adjust them as he/see she's fit depending on circumstance.
Woah woah woah! Wait a minute there guys!
What makes you guys actually think that even if the conservatives come into play, they ll lower the immigration levels (for skilled workers) that is!

Did any of you even try to grasp their stance on immigration?
It is not at all anti-immigration. That's just hearsay and propaganda!

I ll try to sum it up for you guys, just in case you are mistaken-

1. Not anti immigration but anti illegal immigration.
2. Less inclined to welcome refugees than the Trudeau regime which is welcoming them by shiploads (this is the main issue of divide!)
3. Less inclined to grant temporary work permits than Trudeau government, as in their eyes, that's not justice to the Canadian people.
4. Better regulating TRV's, in an attempt to keep a check on immigrants that go missing.
5. No citizenship rights to children born to migrants having no permanent status in Canada. (To be granted Suo Motto citizenship, one of the parents must be a PR or citizen.)

Now, these are all the points that Conservatives will try to address once they come into rule! Not that they ll damage the economy by reducing skilled immigration, which is not only highly beneficial to the economy, but also definitely required as it brings value and not burden to the country.

TL,DR: Skilled immigration is the least of conservative party's concern.
But for refugees and asylum seekers, the Sun will surely remain under the horizon.

Hello senior members.

I would like to ask how to explain the work experience and masters degree at the same time. Do we have to give LOE after ITA? My masters would complete this year. Can I use that alongside my full-time work experience in India?

Looking for your valuable response. Thank you.
Your Masters should be evaluated first. Then only you can claim points for your Masters degree.

Work experience is fine till the time it meets CIC requirements.

Wow! noticed one thing here,
450+ --> 62
449 and below --> 115

If this represents actual crs pool, then it will take many draws to breach 445 cut off in 2019 I guess. Though I'm sitting at 463, I'm so nervous about getting ITA, cant imagine how people below 450 are feeling. May CIC take all necessary action to clear 450+ people.
if you are nervous then what others should do at 455+ .. please be confident so that it will give others also the confidence. remember this is ray of hope. Even I can figure out your ITA on 12th June or maximum 26th June then please stay calm and gather your documents

if next draw is 466 +/-1
the next would be 464 +/-1

This gives you clear indication of getting ITA

Thank you Nitin. My question is if the masters and job location are in two different cities at the same time will it be an issue? I read somewhere that for work experience gained in India points can be claimed for both the studies and work experience.

Well, like I said in this forum, ur predictions are getting people nervous and I don't think it's welcomed, the predictions are wrong...permit me to say this, if u go back to check the history of the CRS score, u will see that when the cut off goes his,the other draw definitely crashes it.. I want to assure u that the highest the cut off will go this coming draw is 460+-2.pls 440s have hope in August!!!

Back In 2016 there were high cuttoffs they dropped at 2017 when number of itas increased

I was just looking at historical cutoffs,
Look at 2017 Cut off's, May-June was most unpredictable time. Draws were bit irregular than it happened between Jan-Apr and July-December...

That was due to very low number of itas
ITA's were low, so were the applicant and scores.

2019, number of applicants have increased , ITA's and targets have also increased proportionately although number of people who are applying have increased a lot but yearly targets and ITA's have also gone up.
