Dear Sir,
I am Mohmmad Mizanur Rahman from Bangladesh. I am completed my Diploma in civil engineering from Chittagong Polytechnic Institute, Chattogram, Bangladesh in 2015. I am practicing my profession in below status:

• 03 Months (01.08.2015-31.10.2015) Experience as
a site supervisor (Trainee) at Green Build
Engineer’s & Architects with Experience Purpose.

• 03 Months (01.11.15-31.01.2016) Experience as a
Construction Supervisor (Trainee) at CPDL with
Experience Purpose.

• 02 Years (01.02.2016-28.02.2018) Experience as a
Site Engineer at Impulse Properties Limited.
I already applied for federal skilled program for pr through a immigration company in india(CN Immigration)...I completed my eca report...I need ielts score l8,s7,w7 and r7.. to reduce this score. that's why I need a valid job offer. is that is possible??? if you have any suggestion then help me to right procedure...please anyone have help or suggesion then share with me...

You should assume it will not be possible to get a valid job offer. To get job offer points, you need to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process. It is effectively impossible to find employers who are willing to do this.

You should focus on increasing your IELTS score. This is a much more realistic option for increasing your points.
