For Supervisa you need to meet minimum cut off income. And to support it you need to submit proofs such as your pay stubs, bank statement, t4/NOA, house papers etc. Also you need to send a letter stating that you will provide financial support to your mom once she is here (Better to get the letter certified). Further you will have to buy 1 year insurance for her. That's a must and you need to buy it before applying for her Visa.

Thank you! Yes, I do meet the minimum cut off income. one more question- Do I have to show any flight tickets as well? My mom is planning to stay for more than a year.

You do not need to show flight tickets.

You have to have earned the LICO amount in Canada not having a salary that will allow you to meet LICO this year.
