i am working as a receptionist from the last year in toronto and i am graduation holder from international university and i have got 6.5 band overall is i am eligible for applying PR in EE

Yes you are .If you are working on a work permit ,then you can apply in Canadian Experience Class.

i have done my graduation from india only and i came from there on work permit in 2018 i have LMIA and my work permit will expire in the last month of this year

Yes ,then you can apply in CEC if you have completed one year.

Calcukate the score with crs calculator ,you are also eleigible for Federal skilled worker program provided that you have atelast one year of Canadian experience.

Thanks for your reply. As per your suggestion I had tried calculating my points for the CRS Skilled Immigrants ( Express Entry Calculator).
I have done my bachelor(engineering). I will be completing 30 by the time I apply for CRS Skilled immigration. I am unmarried male with education from India. Having one year experience as civil engineer and one year experience as Automation engineer. I am working as a receptionist at a hotel. The work I am doing falls under the NOC C category type. The calculator does not provide any points for the "C" , but according to you I am eligible for the CRS skilled immigration. My current score is around 324, but the cut off is 458. How can I improve my profile to reach the cut off.
